适用于栅极驱动的高隔离DC/DC转换器
DC/AC逆变器通常浮空几百电压。典型的隔离电压至少是工作电压的两倍。考虑到高开关速度和高浮空电压,需要高隔离转换器来驱动栅极驱动器,要保持高效率就需要高开关速度。光耦合器隔离控制信号,但还是需要在电源端有隔离层。无论IGBT、SiC MOSFET或GaN,RECOM的DC / DC转换器用于栅极驱动器是能延长这些DC/AC逆变器的寿命和可靠性的简易替换组件。
