评估板

The RPL-3.0-EVM-1 is an evaluation board which has the RPL-3.0 already soldered into place and push-in terminals for the input and output connections. The output voltage is selectable from either 1.8V, 3.3V or 5V preset levels, all at 3A continuous, so the maximum output power is 15W. The main control functions of the RPL-3.0 such as enable, power good and output sense can be easily checked. Also the behavior in normal operation, overload or short-circuit situations can be readily evaluated.

The evaluation board also contains a built in EMC Class A filter with alternate component positions to allow experimentation to optimize the EMC performance depending on application and cost constraints.

The evaluation boards for the RPM‐1.0, RPM‐2.0, RPM‐3.0, and RPM‐6.0 buck regulator series generate a constant output voltage with an output current up to 6A from an external DC source. Hereby the multitude of functions offered by the RPM power supplies such as trimming, sequencing, soft‐start, enable, and sensing can be evaluated. More importantly, the behavior in overload or over temperature can be easily assessed early in the design phase.

The evaluation board for the RBB10 buck/boost converter generates a regulated output voltage with a current up to 4A from an external DC supply which can be higher, lower or the same as the set output voltage.

The output voltage is preset to 3.3V or 5V but can be adjusted between 1.0V and 5.5V using on‐board resistors. All of the functions of the RBB10‐2.0 regulator such as the different operating modes, output trim, enable, and the sense input can be easily evaluated using the break out connectors.

The REH-3.31.8-EVM-1 is an evaluation board for the REH Energy harvesting module to allow rapid prototyping and testing. The evaluation board uses push-in wire connectors for the source (photovoltaic, TEG, vibration or mass-flow generator), for the storage element (Li-Ion battery or supercapacitor) and for the HV (3.3V) and LV (1.8V) regulated outputs. Solder pads give access to all of the programming options and signal outputs. In addition, solder pads are provided for a coin-cell holder for a back-up battery to generate an uninterruptable output.
